After downloading the Consignaction app, you create a profile, and a unique QR code is assigned to you.
When you visit a Consignaction or Consignaction+ return site, you identify yourself either with your telephone number or your QR code for the service you want to use (Single-Unit, Express or Bulk returns), and then you can return your containers.
