- Download the Consignaction app and create your profile.
- When you go to a return centre, identify yourself using either your telephone number or the QR code in your app.
- The containers you return will be counted, and the amount of your refund will appear in your account balance in the app.
To get the money:
- Click the “$” icon located to the right of your balance.
- Follow the instructions for the e-transfer.
You will be asked to create a security question (valid only for this transfer), and then you will receive an Interac transfer at the email address linked to your account.
Depending on your financial institution, processing can take up to 7 business days, but in most cases, the money will be deposited within 24 hours.
