Express Return is offered at all Consignaction and Consignaction+ sites. This option lets you drop off your containers quickly and get your refund later via e-transfer.
- Put your aluminum, plastic and glass returnable containers in transparent bags with a maximum capacity of 90 L. Do not include containers that are crushed or without a label, because they will not be recognized by the scanner.
- Go to the Express Return section.
- On the touch screen, either enter the telephone number associated with your account or use the mobile app to scan the QR code displayed on the screen.
- Print the sticker labels and affix them to your bags. Put your bags in the designated area.
Important: To use the Express Return option, you must have a Consignaction account and have downloaded the Consignaction mobile app.
