The bags dropped off for an Express Return are generally counted within 7 to 14 days. Once the processing is done, the amount of the refund will be added to your account balance in the Consignaction app.
If your drop-off was less than 7 days ago, please be patient. If your bag still hasn’t been processed after 14 days, you can flag this in the Consignaction mobile app.
